THE ROI OF DISCIPLINE
Deficit vs. Mastery
The traditional clinical system treats veterans transitioning into the civilian world as patients, attaching Serious Mental Illness (SMI) labels and managing their "deficits." This approach is a temporary band-aid that rarely yields a return on investment for the individual or the community.
At Project Arizona: Veterans Forge, we deploy your capital to apply the Suture. We place veterans in a high-standard industrial environment where they execute to the 1.4 Standard (performing at 140% of standard commercial expectations).
We utilize hard labor, radical transparency, and elite peer accountability to permanently transition pain into purpose. Your investment directly funds this transformation.
Reduce Isolation
Replacing the "Void" of transition with an elite, structured Council of peers.
Eradicate Stigma
Proving that clinical "disability" does not equal industrial impairment.
Workforce Deployment
Graduating highly capable, mission-focused leaders into the local Flagstaff economy.
DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS
Radical transparency is built into our GMBHL operational framework. Here is exactly how your grant funding and corporate sponsorships are deployed on the ground.
Fund Deployment Breakdown
Direct Mission Execution (70%)
The core of your funding goes directly to the Forge. This covers industrial raw materials, safety equipment, staging logistics, and the direct costs of placing a veteran at the anvil to learn their craft and execute contracts.
Suite 4 HQ Operations (20%)
Maintaining our physical anchor in Flagstaff. This ensures the lights stay on, the heavy machinery remains powered, and we hold a safe, secure ground for our Council to operate from daily.
Administration & Outreach (10%)
Essential operational overhead, maintaining our 501(c)(3) legal compliance, secure digital infrastructure, and community outreach to identify and recruit veterans currently lost in the transition "Void."
